What counts as plumbing supplies?

What is PP-R pipe and where is it used?
PP-R is a polypropylene thermoplastic pipe used for potable water and heating lines inside buildings. Joints are made by heat fusion rather than glue or threads, which turns the connection into one continuous piece with the pipe. It does not corrode and scales less than metal pipe. For hot water lines, glass-fibre reinforced types are preferred.
What should I consider when choosing underfloor heating pipe?
Pick a pipe rated for continuous hot water, typically PE-X or a multilayer type, and make sure it has an oxygen barrier so the metal parts on the boiler side are protected. Loop length and pipe spacing are calculated from the heat demand of the room. No joints are left under the screed: each loop runs unbroken from the manifold.
